Production Worker - Afternoon Shifts

We have multiple opportunities for experienced Production Workers to join our team at a biscuit factory in Marleston. On offer is a variety of shifts in the afternoon shift pattern with attractive pay rates and optional overtime.

Ideally you will have experience working within the pharmaceutical, food manufacturing or FMCG industry. A valid forklift license & experience is not necessary but is highly desirable. Full paid training will be provided.

About the Role / What you need:

• Work autonomously and as team member to deliver daily production requirements against performance criteria.
• Set up, changeovers, operating and troubleshooting of equipment within OHS quality and performance standards
• Perform process area cleaning to maintain company compliance, GMP and HACCP standards
• Work well under pressure in a busy environment
• Mechanically minded
• Physically fit for manual handling tasks, and able to stand for long periods (Lifting of 20kg+)
• You need to be available to work Afternoon shifts (2pm - 10pm)

It would also good if you had any of the following:

• Production worker, machine operator, process work, production line or pick pack experience
• 1 year of experience in forklift operations is not compulsory but is highly desirable
• GMP, FMCG or food manufacturing environment experience

To be successful for the role you must:

• Have full working rights in Australia and flexible availability
• Have previous prodcuction worker experience
• You are able to pass a pre-employment medical assessment including a Drug & Alcohol screening test
